At MJDTA, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. However, we understand that there may be situations where refunds or cancellations are necessary. Please review our policy below:

1. Membership Fees & Event Registrations:

Membership fees and event registration charges are non-refundable.

In case of cancellation of an event by MJDTA, registered participants will receive a full refund.

2. Workshops & Training Programs:

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Product & Service Transactions:

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction for resolution.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 business days via the original payment method.

Participation in association events is subject to availability and eligibility.

4. Exceptional Circumstances:

Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, subject to management discretion.
